SPA Gift Cards are Transferable and Never Expire! 

SPA Gift Card sales are final and they cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. SPA Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for medical/surgical services or copayments. SPA Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. SPA Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase SPA Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards.

SPA Gift Cards are valid only for SPA services or use towards purchase of physician-preferred skincare products. SPA Gift Cards have no cash value.

SPA GIFT CARD IN-PERSON PICKUP
SPA Gift Cards can be picked up Monday through Thursday from 8:30am until 5:00pm and Fridays, 8:30am through noon. The purchaser must pickup the gift card. ID may be required.

SPA GIFT CARD DELIVERY
We are happy to mail your physical SPA Gift Card to the recipient via USPS with tracking for an additional $20.
